Durante dois dias, magistrados, servidores federais e o p\u00fablico em geral se reunir\u00e3o para debater quest\u00f5es sobre o assunto.<\/p>\n<p>  A abertura do evento ser\u00e1 feita pelo Diretor da EMAG, Desembargador Federal Jos\u00e9 Marcos Lunardelli.<\/p>\n<p>O congresso est\u00e1 dividido em dois temas principais. No primeiro dia, os debates ser\u00e3o sobre \u201cTeoria de Precedentes e Efeitos na Litigiosidade\u201d, que ser\u00e1 ministrado pelo Juiz Federal Renato Lopes Becho e pela Procuradora da Fazenda Nacional em S\u00e3o Paulo, Rita Nolasco.<\/p>\n<p>No segundo dia, o tema \u201cGrupo Econ\u00f4mico de Fato e Legitima\u00e7\u00e3o Processual Passiva\u201d ser\u00e1 apresentado pelo Procurador da Fazenda Nacional, Jo\u00e3o Guilherme Muniz e pelo Advogado Br\u00e1ulio Bata Sim\u00f5es, professor no COGEAE-PUC\/SP. Far\u00e1 o encerramento do evento, o Presidente da Ajufesp, Juiz Federal Bruno Lorencini.<\/p>\n<p>  O congresso acontece das 8h45 \u00e0s 12h (dia 21\/11) e das 9h \u00e0s 12h (dia 22\/11) no audit\u00f3rio da Escola de Magistrados, Avenida Paulista, 1.912, edif\u00edcio Funcef Center, 1\u00ba andar.
